Our apartments are located near the deep blue Lake Königsee in the National Park, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the legendary Watzmann. In summer you can rent premium e-mountain bikes directly in the house at a reduced price.
In winter you can rent the latest snowshoes directly in the house.
We will be happy to guide you on a bike or snowshoes through our wonderful mountain world.
Our small spa area is exclusively available
for pure relaxation and regeneration.
There are no pets allowed.
Upon request, we perform intermediate cleaning after seven days (for a fee).
Upon request, we will change your linen during a longer stay in our house (for a fee).
Free parking and an e-charging station (for a fee) are available.
You can enjoy free wifi in the entire house.
Our beautiful nature is close to our hearts, so we heat our entire Lärchenhof by district heating through the biomass heating plant of BIOENERGIE Berchtesgadener Land. Also our hot water is mainly produced by the in-house solar system. E-vehicles from our house guests can be charged at our charging station.
Directly in front of our house is a RVO bus stop, whose buses you can use free of charge over a wide area, so that you can leave the car during your stay.
