Our high-quality equipped vacation apartments offer plenty of space for relaxing hours for two to six people.
Our vacation apartments are divided into separate bedrooms and living rooms, which have been lovingly furnished in a modern style and complemented by classic Bavarian elements. Comfortable sofas invite you to read and the two flat-screen TVs in the sleeping and living areas invite you to spend a relaxing evening watching TV. A comfortable double bed and blackout blinds provide the right rest at night.
All apartments have one or two balconies or a terrace to start and end the day comfortably in nature.
Our fitted kitchens are well equipped with everything that belongs in a modern kitchen. So you can prepare your coffee in a Nespresso machine or WMF filter machine, cook a delicious dinner on the ceramic hob and let the dishwasher do the dishes. All other important appliances, accessories and dishes are available.
Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hair dryer, sink and toilet.
Of course, a free parking lot is available for your vehicle, you can also safely park your bicycles with us. In addition, there is a bus stop directly in front of the house.
Our apartments are bookable by the week with arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday.

This guest room can be booked in addition to the vacation apartments Königssee, Untersberg and Watzmann as an extra bedroom for 2 more people. Likewise, it is possible to book this guest room (without breakfast) separately without a vacation apartment (note no cooking facilities).
Our newly renovated vacation apartment "Auszeit" is not located in the Lärchenhof, but in the equally sunny and flat high plateau of Oberschönau. It is just like our apartments in the Lärchenhof, an ideal starting point for your vacation in the Berchtesgadener Land.
The maisonette apartment is located on the upper floor and is easily accessible by its own staircase. A spacious living and dining area awaits you, with a new and fully equipped kitchen. From here you have access to the absolute highlight of the apartment - the spacious outdoor seating area with a fantastic mountain view from the Kehlstein to the Watzmann. Spend unique moments here, whether at breakfast, dinner or relaxing after your eventful vacation day.On the upper floor you will also find a modern, spacious bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
In the attic is the spacious bedroom with separate couch, which offers an additional sleeping possibility for a child. For your entertainment there are two large flat-screen TVs (both in the bedroom and in the living room) and of course free Wi-Fi.
You can park your car comfortably directly in front of the house or, if you wish, in the garage (for an extra charge). You can also store your bicycles safely and locked.

* A separate guest room on the 2nd floor can be booked in addition to these apartments. The guest room has a bedroom and living room with private bathroom with toilet and shower and a balcony. The price per night is 80,00 Euro plus visitor's tax**.
** The visitor's tax is 3.10 euros per person per night (1.55 euros for children age 6-16). For this you can use the RVO buses free of charge with the associated guest cards and receive various discounts.
