General Terms and Conditions of Lärchenhof GmbH

1. conclusion of the guest accommodation contract:

The contract is concluded as soon as the vacation apartment has been ordered and confirmed or already provided.


2. arrival and departure:

On the day of arrival (Saturday or Sunday) the apartment is available from 4 pm. If you want to arrive earlier, we can make this possible after prior consultation. On the day of departure we ask you to release the apartment no later than 10 am.


3. performance, prices:

The refund of paid but not used service is not possible. In case of early departure or late arrival, the price of the apartment will be charged, excluding tourist tax.
In the event of a change in the statutory sales tax or the introduction, change or abolition of local taxes on the service object after the conclusion of the contract, the prices will be adjusted accordingly. In the case of contracts with consumers, this only applies if the period between the conclusion of the contract and the fulfillment of the contract exceeds four months.


4. cancellation by the guest:

Das bestellte und vom Gastgeber bereitgestellte Quartier ist entsprechend § 535, Abs. 2 BGB zu bezahlen. Abzüglich der ersparten Aufwendungen (20%) des Vermieters. Im Gegenzug muss sich der Vermieter die Vorteile anrechnen lassen, die er aus einer anderweitigen Vermietung der Ferienwohnung erlangt.

Cancellation fees:

Should you unfortunately not be able to start your vacation for personal reasons, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the accommodation price
From 30 days before arrival: 90% of the accommodation price

Deposits made to date will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation fees with a deduction of € 10.00 processing fee.


5. travel cancellation insurance:

To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This insurance can save you any inconvenience. We will be happy to send you forms for the above insurance.


6. property damage:
Damages caused by the guest must be fully covered by the guest.
